Newbound News: Barnawartha Public School Centenary 1975

As school was in May 2010

The Newbound family group. Does anyone have a better photo that includes all the family on the right hand side? My sister Donna and I in our long dresses infront of our parents on the left hand side. Can anyone name all the older family members in the middle row?

UPDATE from Caroloyn Wright - The gent in the back row far right is Uncle Ted, Clarrie's brother, Mick and Denis's father. The lady next to Lisa in the orange long dress could be Aunty Rene, Pat Walkley's mum and Aunty Mags sister.

UDATE from Gavin Newbound - My father Francis John (Frank) Newbound is in the navy t-shirt in the centre of the back row, and his mother Ruby Jean (Jean) Newbound (nee Boswell) on his left. The woman standing all by herself with the white handbag on the left of the photo is Gavin's mum Maureen Thelma Newbound (nee Webber).

I was born a Newbound and would like to help all the Newbound's in Australia find each other and keep in touch. Our family history is vast and I hope to add whatever old photos, family stories and records I can source to this blog for us all to share and pass on to the next generations. If anyone who thinks they are on this tree and would like a copy of it email me and I'll send two pdf documents to you; the first is a descendant chart of Roger John Newbound our convict ancestor and a descendant report that also begins with Roger John Newbound and has an overwhelming amount of information.
